- The author is currently living in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. He started the outlining of the story while he was teaching English in South Korea. His first draft of "The Dragon Knights" was titled "Dragonslayers" and was written while he lived in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. The first draft was lost due to a computer failure, and has not been able to be recovered.
